How the Bulk Order Process Works

Bulk orders are for businesses sending twenty hampers or more across the UK. The process is built to stay simple and reliable, even through the Christmas rush.

1. Choose your hampers and quantity. Browse the corporate hampers or ask for the Christmas brochure, then confirm the numbers you need. The larger the order, the keener we can be on price, so send the numbers and we will quote it.
2. Agreement and reservation. Once you have chosen, we issue an agreement to sign. Your hampers are reserved the moment it comes back.
3. Invoice and details. You get a single invoice to settle by card or BACS, plus an Excel template for names, addresses and gift messages. Prices include VAT and free UK delivery, and the VAT is broken out on the invoice for your records.
4. Payment, packing and dispatch. Once the invoice is paid, hampers are packed by hand and shipped with DPD, tracked to the door.

One invoice covers the whole order, settled by card or BACS before it ships. All prices include VAT and free UK delivery. We break the VAT out on the invoice for your accounts. Every hamper carries a free gift message in your own wording. We keep to the message, with no company logos or custom branding. That is what holds the price down and the dispatch quick.

Christmas Delivery Cut-Offs and Scheduling

Christmas is the busiest time of year for couriers. To keep your gifts stress-free, we recommend scheduling deliveries during the week commencing the 14th of December. Avoid sending hampers during the week commencing the 21st of December, as courier networks become congested and delays are common. We'll confirm the best dispatch window when you book.
