How our Corporate Orders Work

How the Bulk Order Process Works

Bulk orders are designed for businesses needing 20+ hampers delivered across the UK. Our process keeps things straightforward and reliable, even during the busiest Christmas period.

  1. Choose your hampers and quantity. Browse our Corporate Hampers or request our Christmas brochure, then confirm the number required. For Christmas, we recommend scheduling deliveries during the week commencing 15th December to avoid courier congestion.
  2. Agreement and reservation. Once you’ve chosen, we’ll issue an agreement for signature. Hampers are reserved as soon as this is returned.
  3. Invoice and address template. You’ll receive a single invoice plus our Excel template to complete with client or staff details, including addresses and gift messages. This ensures every delivery is accurate and on time.
  4. Packing and dispatch. Hampers are carefully packed and shipped with DPD. Please avoid dispatches during the week commencing 22nd December, as courier networks are at their busiest and delays are common.
