Format matters as much as contents, and it is worth thinking about before you pick. Letterbox hampers are packed flat and post through the door, so nobody has to be in. Traditional hampers arrive in a wicker basket that gets kept and reused, and they are the closest thing we do to a luxury gift basket. Cheese travels in a reusable insulated cool bag. Beer comes in a galvanised bucket you can fill with ice. Everything else is a gift box, kraft or presentation, packed by hand. And pamper hampers step outside food altogether.

Hampers under £30 are the letterbox gifts and smaller boxes. Hampers between £30 and £50 bring in a bottle and a fuller spread, and this is where most orders land. The Three Cheese Hamper sits here, and it is the single most ordered thing we sell. Hampers from £50 to £100 are the wicker baskets and larger presentation boxes, which is where our luxury gift baskets sit. Hampers over £100 are the larger sharing baskets and premium gifts. Corporate orders go through our team directly. Our corporate hampers cover staff rewards and corporate gifts for clients, chosen from the standard range so dispatch stays on the next working day.

Yes, and an office is often the easiest place to send one. Hampers travel with DPD and need a signature, so a workplace usually beats a home address midweek. Universities are fine too. We cannot deliver to patients in hospitals, because patients move between wards and we have no way of knowing their dietary restrictions.
Yes. Our alcohol free range carries the same food as the rest of the collection with no bottle in it. It is the right call if you are not sure the recipient drinks, or you are sending into a workplace. One thing to watch: some items such as mince pies and Christmas pudding contain traces of alcohol, so check the product page if that matters.
For most of the year, the day before is enough. Anything ordered by 1pm Monday to Friday leaves us the same day for next day delivery, and you can pick a named delivery day at checkout so it lands on the date you want. Christmas is the exception. Place personal gifts through late November and early December, and speak to us in the autumn about corporate orders of twenty or more.
DPD will try again the next day, leave it with a neighbour, or take it to a local pick-up shop. You get a tracking link either way, and if it goes to a pick-up point that link shows a QR code to present on collection. Letterbox hampers dodge the problem entirely, since they post flat through the door and need no signature.
