One cheddar is vintage and sharp, the other sweeter with caramelised onion running through it. The Ploughman’s oatcake bites and salt-and-pepper wafers give you the base; Mrs Darlington’s chutney adds the tang. The bag keeps it all cool on the way over. For whoever always brings the cheese board.
