Edinburgh Gin’s Raspberry Liqueur, built on Scottish juniper and pressed raspberries.

Deep pink in the glass, sweet at the front with a clean gin backbone under the fruit. Pour it over ice, top it with prosecco, or stir it into a cocktail. Best poured over ice on a warm evening.
